The Empire Strikes Back...

Empire Motoring is a community of automotive enthusiast that orginiated in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Over the past 15 years or more many car clubs in this area had risen and fallen, at some point in the late 2000's 
empiremotoring.org was the only remaining, and highly used site in the area.
Almost all of the Terre Haute area automotive enthusiasts where already users of this site.
At this point it didn't matter what group you had come from, we all hung out, helped,
and knew each other already. With the site being highly active, and attracting new users from the local
colleges, and surrounding areas empire motoring became "The group" or "The site" or "The local car scene". 
It remains so, and it is growing as some members come here for college and then move away after graduation, 
or some relocate for better jobs etc, while continuing to support the site. Now with users all over the country, 
but the heart still regional to Indiana we are a community of automotive enthusiasts. 
You will find many of us in different niches such as (drag, roadcourse, autox, motorcyclists etc.)
that you may also have interest in. So please feel free to join the forum and enjoy what we have to offer.
